In 2006 Tintawi became a member of the Eastern Philosophy poet trio,  consisting of herself, Brother Kamal Imani and Ras Isatu.  They came together to bring a new vibration to the spoken word and music industry.  A Fusion of Rastafarian, Kemetic, Islamic, Buddhist, and other spiritual philosophies under one umbrella "Eastern Philosophy."  We say East because it is where the Sun rises.  We say East because many ancient frequencies; and creation as we know it, has its origins in the East.  We say Philosophy because we are thought, we are learning, we are expanding our minds to inspire healing and awakening throughout our planet Earth and the Universe.

Eastern Philosophy is a mix of poetry, hip-hop, jazz, house, reggae, chanting and roots vibes coming to you "our listeners" on the web, the radio, mixed cd's and performing throughout the Universe.
